Nate grew up in a variety of places; Washington, Germany, North Dakota, and St. Bonifacius, Minnesota. Now a resident of St. Paul, Nate spends his time at Holmans Table, where his passion for service led to brilliance in cocktail making.

Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, Max has fallen in love with the Twin Cities since moving south 5 years ago. He can now be found on the corner of Washington and Park Ave, at a new mexican restaurant in the Mill District: La Madre.
